1. Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address, sign-in method, account identifier, and settings.
• Creative inputs and outputs, including prompts, uploaded images or videos, references, generated assets, edits, and related settings.
• Subscription and transaction information. Payment details may be collected directly by a payment processor; Taupix may receive billing status, plan, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers rather than full card details.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser details, language, timestamps, pages or features used, diagnostics, security events, and approximate location derived from network information.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve account, generation, editing, storage, and export features.
• Process subscriptions, credits, transactions, cancellations, and eligible refunds.
• Respond to support requests and send essential service or security notices.
• Detect abuse, prohibited activity, fraud, service failures, and threats to users or the service.
• Understand aggregate product performance and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. No training on your data

Taupix does not use your prompts, uploads, generated assets, personal data, or usage data to train AI models. Content may be processed only as needed to provide the feature you request, maintain security, investigate failures, and comply with law.

4. Storage, deletion, and quota management

Your assets remain associated with your account until you delete them, your account is closed, or storage limits require removal. When storage or usage limits are exceeded, Taupix may delete the oldest assets first. Important work should be downloaded and backed up by you.

When you delete an asset, we remove it from active user-facing systems. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups, logs, or security systems until they are overwritten or no longer needed. We may retain limited records when required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.

5. Service providers and international processing

We may use service providers for cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, analytics, customer support, security, content delivery, and AI inference. They may process information only to provide services to Taupix or as required by law. Depending on where you live and where providers operate, information may be processed in other countries with different data-protection rules.

6. Cookies and local storage

Taupix may use cookies or similar storage for sign-in, language and interface preferences, security, service operation, and measurement. Browser controls can limit optional storage, but disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your email, devices, and account.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, restriction of, objection to, or deletion of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send requests to support@taupix.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

9. Children

Taupix is not intentionally directed to children. If you are below the age at which you may consent to online services or data processing in your location, you may use Taupix only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.

10. Changes and contact
