Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal capacity or digital consent where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and supervise your use. You are responsible for accurate account information, account activity, and protecting access to your email and devices.

2. The service and AI outputs

Taupix provides tools for generating, editing, storing, and exporting images, videos, and related creative assets. Features, models, limits, formats, speed, and availability may change.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, non-unique, or similar to content created for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are suitable and lawful for your intended use. Taupix does not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright protection or free from third-party rights.

3. Your content

You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit. You grant Taupix a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide requested features, maintain the service, enforce these Terms, protect users, and comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use your content. Taupix does not use your content or personal data to train AI models.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not violate law, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Do not create or distribute sexual exploitation content, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, targeted harassment, fraud, malware, or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
• Do not impersonate others deceptively, bypass safeguards, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, resell access without permission, or use another person’s account.
• Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and you have appropriate authority and safeguards.

5. Credits, subscriptions, and cancellation

Paid features may use credits and recurring subscriptions. Prices, included credits, usage costs, renewal periods, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Credits are a service entitlement, not money, and may be subject to plan limits or expiration disclosed at purchase.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless the purchase flow states otherwise, access and remaining plan benefits continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.

6. Refunds

Unused paid credits may be eligible for a refund after your request is reviewed. For a discounted subscription, including an annual plan that effectively includes discounted months, used credits are revalued at the standard non-promotional credit price that applied when you purchased the plan.

The maximum refundable amount is the amount you paid minus the value of credits already used at that standard non-promotional rate, and never more than the amount paid. If the recalculated value of used credits equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund is due. Statutory cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To request a refund, contact support@taupix.com with the account and transaction details needed to locate the purchase.

7. Storage and deletion

You control whether to keep or delete assets, subject to plan and storage limits. If your account exceeds its storage or usage allowance, Taupix may delete the oldest assets first. Download important work and maintain your own backups. Deleted assets may remain temporarily in restricted backups or records as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful or abusive conduct, material breach of these Terms, or risk to users or the service. You may stop using Taupix at any time and may request account deletion.

9. Third-party services

Taupix may rely on third-party hosting, storage, payment, analytics, content-delivery, support, and AI inference services. Their services may have separate terms or technical limits. Taupix is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taupix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee any specific output, model availability, generation time, storage duration, or commercial result.

To the extent permitted by law, Taupix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.

No specific governing-law or exclusive-jurisdiction clause is designated at this time. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@taupix.com so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Mandatory laws and dispute rights that apply to either party remain in effect.
